charming stay!

room upgrade excellent staff
the reception staff were cute! they offered a surprise room upgrade. the front desk staff were excellent and helpful, so i felt charmed. the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
The room layout was not ideal. The bathroom was too small. the toilet's location behind the door felt awkward. i found it hard to manage in that space.

awesome breakfast and excellent service!

excellent host good spirits clean hotel special stay
I found the breakfast to be great, with a good variety of food. suleyman was an excellent breakfast host and. the staff were smiling and in good spirits. It was lovely to see staff enjoying their jobs. the hotel was clean and the food was AMAZING!!!
the room allocated had a large bathroom with mobility issues, but it felt very cold.

I booked a room for my birthday. Sami was very helpful and made the whole process easy. The hall was well organized, and the staff was helpful. The food tasted delicious, and my guests loved it. We also did not pay extra for parking.
I found the experience generally positive. The sofa bed in the family room was noisy and uncomfortable. the toilet flush was not working, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

The Queen Room Sofa Bed included comfortable beds. There was ample space for luggage, and the room looked well kept. The bathroom had a good shower with consistent hot water, but the room temperature was perfect.
